RCPP Wetland Restoration Model- Site Prioritization Map

Explore results of a GIS model prioritizing potential wetland restoration sites.  This builds on a project initially conducted in 2007 for the Vt. Agency of Natural Resources aimed at identifying restoration sites with high phosphorus retention potential.

This project made some updates to the 2007 results and ranked the sites within targeted Lake Champlain watersheds for their restoration potential.

Explore potential restoration project sites developed based on the RCPP prioritization model.  125 Project sites were developed in 2017, and another 125 will be developed by early 2018.  From this map you can explore the project sites, download the background GIS data and access the Restoration Project Packets (authorized users only).
